Cloudstaff announced its partnership with the University of the Assumption on 25 August 2016.
As part of Cloudstaff’s advocacy to uplift the many different communities around the Philippines, Cloudstaff reached out to the University of the Assumption (U.A.) to establish a partnership to mutual benefit.
This partnership will do more than just provide internships for the students of U.A. in Cloudstaff. With this partnership, Cloudstaff is aiming to create venues for students to experience real-world scenarios to ensure for a more wholesome foundation of training and education.
Cloudstaff Human Resource Manager Riza Caladiao said that with the partnership, Cloudstaff can provide various activities and trainings not just for the students of U.A., but for its faculty as well. With faculty immersion, teachers from U.A. will get to work together with Cloudstaffers to familiarize themselves with current industry standards. This immersion allows the teachers to provide more in-depth knowledge of the industry and its best practices for their students.
Cloudstaff may also provide consultation regarding enhancements with U.A.’s curriculum, along with career-enhancing events like job fairs, seminars, and training workshops.

The MOA for the partnership was signed August 25, 2016 at the University of the Assumption, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The MOA signing ceremony was attended by: Cloudstaff’s Country Manager Joy O. Cuison together with Human Resources Manager Riza R. Caladiao; and by University of the Assumption’s President Rev. Fr. Joselito C. Henson, SThd., VP-Academic Affairs Dr. Mediatriz D. Martin, and Dean of College of Computing Sciences and Information Technology Joey M. Suba.

The University of the Assumption (UA) is an Archdiocesan Catholic University established in 1963 by Archbishop Emilio Cinense, D.D. to provide quality education to the young people of Pampanga and nearby provinces.
