Manila, Philippines – Cloudstaff, a leading global cloud workforce provider, has announced that its board of directors has appointed Andrea De Guzman as Chief Human Resource Officer, effective 1 December, 2020.
The newly created role will see Andrea join the Cloudstaff executive team while overseeing the organization’s Human Resources and Recruitment departments, with a key focus on workforce planning and talent development as the company continues its rapid growth phase.
Announcing Andrea’s appointment, Cloudstaff Founder & CEO, Lloyd Ernst said: “Andrea is an exceptional leader, and we are very excited to have her join the leadership team. She is a proven senior executive with a strong record of establishing HR excellence”.
Andrea brings with her over 10 years of corporate leadership experience and knowledge, having previously held senior management positions with a number of the Philippines’ largest outsourcing, and financial organizations.
