internet connectivity

Slow internet means productivity loss for your offshore team

High-speed internet connectivity is a critical part of a successful BPO experience. No other Philippine BPO matches our connectivity or network support. We built our network to be fast, secure and reliable because that is what our customers need.

When we first started Cloudstaff, we followed a simple principle that everything had to be in the cloud.

We didn’t build data centres or install storage area networks (SANs) in our offices. Instead, we used cloud-based servers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure and Google Cloud.

This strategy of “everything in the cloud” meant that we needed exceptionally high-speed, reliable internet connectivity.

Today, we have over 2,300 mbps of connectivity with a minimum three levels of redundancy, connectivity to every major internet service provider (ISP) in the Philippines and a high-bandwidth private link to Telstra internet for Australian customers.

Telstra internet

Telstra connectivity reduces latency for customers using remote desktop protocol (RDP) to connect to servers in Australia. The Telstra connection is also ideal for customers with VoIP extensions of Australian phone systems here in their offshore offices. Our network infrastructure delivers the performance needed to help staff maximise their productivity when working on Australian-based servers.

Go Network

The Cloudstaff Go Network gives customers control over their offshore networks. Customers can restrict the sites their offshore staff can access. The Go Network is configured on logon, so it does not matter which office the staff are working from, their network configuration follows them from workstation to workstation.
