Sticking to our “Number 1 Workplace” program, Cloudstaff envisions not only building fun and exciting workplaces, but also ensuring that its offices are safe for staff.
Fire is known to be a threat to lives and properties and can severely affect businesses and families at anytime. Cloudstaff sees fire awareness as an essential skill to learn. The main objective of the recently conducted fire safety training was to equip staff with more than just knowing what to do in the event of a fire. They now know how to recognize and prevent it.
In partnership with a local fire safety company, several Cloudstaffers were sent to be trained as Fire Safety Wardens. Our staff acquired new insights and learning and we are very pleased to know that.
Aside from giving the staff an avenue for continuous learning and development, the Fire Safety Training for Fire Wardens was an eye-opener for everyone that the practice of safety must be observed all the time – whether you are at work, on the road, or in the comfort of your own home.
Quoting AilaB, one of the attendees, “… We have the responsibility to cascade what we learned to people we love and care for. Yes, we cannot protect all of them, but we can guard them from the danger of unsafe practices by means of educating them and sharing what we know with them.”
