Cloudstaff was one of the exhibitors in the recently transpired 72nd PICPA Annual Convention at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Pasay City where thousands of accountants from all over the Philippines gathered to pursue their aim for professional development in their chosen field.
We fully support this event and we highly encourage our accountants to participate because it is a perfect venue to learn about the current events, developments, and issues related to accounting which contributes in strengthening the accounting sector. Around 5,000 accountants from different parts of the country participated on the convention, that includes some of our Cloudstaffers from the Finance department.
Cloudstaff was also one of the exhibitors and our Recruitment team was present to introduce the #1 workplace in the Philippines as a possible next career path for accountants. Our team have seen a lot of great accountants and in turn, we showed them great opportunities they can find in Cloudstaff.
To make the event more exciting, our Recruitment team facilitated a raffle where we gave away Php200,000 worth of holiday trip. We have over 800 registrants and among all of them, one certified public accountant was the luckiest to be drawn as the prize winner.
We are delighted to have been part of this beneficial convention. Every moment was worthwhile — the participants’ knowledge about accounting was furthered. Moreover, their network had expanded for it was a chance they grabbed to get-to-know their fellow accountants.
Cloudstaff is mindful of enhancing the knowledge and skills of its employees, and taking part in such events is one of the many available means to move up and advance in the field. There is fun in numbers indeed!
