Lloyd Ernst, has had a distinguished career in the Australian IT industry as an Internet pioneer and entrepreneur. He was the founder of WebCentral, which became a leading innovator in web hosting and won various awards including Microsoft Global Hosting Company of the Year for 2003 and 2004.
In 2005, Lloyd joined the board of PIPE Networks which listed in the Australian Stock Exchange in May 2005 (ASX:PWK). In the next 3 years, PIPE Networks deployed over 600km of dark fibre, built Tier 1 data centre facilities and built PPC-1, the first competitive submarine fibre optic cable linking Australia to the US via Guam.
Joy has more than 17 years of experience in IT and Business operations. He has worked with CyberMetrics USA and notable accounts including Denso International, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), Kaiser Permanente. His 9 years in CyberMetrics USA has helped him gain experience in different areas such as IT Project Management, Customer delivery and support, Facilities Management, Offshoring, HR and Finance.
Joy oversees HR, local Finance, Facility and the Technology teams and is responsible for delivering the highest level of performance. He has a degree in IT and a Microsoft Solution Certified.
Adam has more than 16 years of experience in sales and customer service, previously working with prominent, high-profile international clients in London.
Adam joined Cloudstaff in 2011 to develop strategic customer relationships in the UK before moving to the Philippines in 2012 to take up the Sales Director Role and focus on Cloudstaff’s global expansion.
Adam is responsible for the continuing growth of the company and the delivery of world-class outsourcing services.
Geraldina has over 15 years of experience in the BPO Industry. She was part of the founding team for the Philippines based CCT Group, a leading outsourcing with notable accounts such as Sprint, AT&T and Citibank.
Geraldina held various global financial roles with CCT and worked to establish operations in the U.S. and Panama. She was responsible for global implementation and certification of PCI (Payment Card Industry). CCT Group sold to IQOR (New York). She has worked for Pricewaterhouse in the field of audit/public and private accounting.
Mark is recognized for building & growing, highly regulated, customer-focused, global cloud service operations.
Mark served as Global Senior Director, SaaS Services & Support at Oracle, where he was responsible for global support and SaaS operations. In addition, Mark headed up customer care & success management teams supporting several leading fortune 1000 companies.
Mark was Senior Director of eServices & Support at Phase Forward and was instrumental in the establishment of Phase Forward as a global leader in the provision of software as a service (SaaS).
Timothy is currently Director of Global Sales, Business Strategy & Development for Cloudstaff. Timothy is responsible for managing the companies Global sales, business development, establishing and building strong customer ROI and long term business relationships generating business strategies and profitable growth.
Timothy brings more than 20+ years of experience in the industry, managing global sales process outsourcing throughout the Asia Pacific Region for both start-up Silicon Valley and established high-touch Fortune 500 clients such as Wells Fargo, Google, Facebook, five9, WPP, Ogilvy, Teletech, NTT, Bank of America and several other highly successful start-up technology companies.
Haydn is responsible for Cloudstaff’s Recruiting department and is focussed on providing our customers with high-quality staff that meet their exact requirements. Haydn manages resource acquisition, profiling and client matching to maximise the success of each placement, taking into account the individual needs of the customer, the skills they require and culture of the organisation.
Previously Haydn worked with such notable companies as Telstra, News Limited, Fitness First and Lorna Jane International. Haydn’s talents lay in creative thinking, problem solving and strategic numbers generation systems.
Rizalina has more than 15 years of experience in the IT/BPO Industry with expertise on client, customer services and operations, training, recruitment, talent acquisition and human relations.
Riza is the head of human resources operations and policies and deals with different recruitment and operational issues and concerns, working directly with the Executive, Sales and Operations teams.
Craig is a Senior Information Technology (IT) Program Manager and Consultant with 30 years of multi-discipline experience within the financial services sector across Asia Pacific including Prudential, China Construction Bank, JP Morgan Chase.
Craig has a strong understanding of the Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Risk and Compliance issues facing firms when considering Data Centre, IT Services and Data migrations and consolidations; specifically, having managed significant financial contract negotiations, and coordinated and responded to HKMA and Singapore MAS Regulatory requirements, such as Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
Greg is responsible for the Cloudstaff customer experience and managing the day to day operational needs of our customers and their staff.
Greg and his team work closely with customers, their staff and Cloudstaff’s internal departments to ensure a successful working relationship and the highest levels of customer service.
Greg has many years’ experience in the industry in a variety of roles, previously working with Beepo, ePerformax, The Results Companies, Rainmaker and TeleTech.
Graham has been working in graphic design and marketing for over 25 years in both the corporate and commercial space. Previously working with some of the largest IT and Telecommunication giants in Australia he has developed and maintained some of the most recognisable and valuable brands in these industries.
He has many years’ experience in identity, communication, marketing, web and application development, and human interfaces. With a keen interest in the science of the human mind and a passion for quality and detail he now drives the marketing and creative direction of Cloudstaff and as a mentor, shares the information he has learned over a lifetime in the industry.
Ernest Brooks III
Ernest has more than 22 years of experience working in the BPO industry. As a Client Vendor Manager with AT&T for 15 years, Ernest has managed most of the top international BPO companies throughout Asia, Central America, Africa and the United States.
Ernest is American, yet moved to the Philippines for work in 2007, and became engaged with the client side of the BPO sector. Ernest specializes in Sales, Client Management, Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Training.
For Cloudstaff, he is responsible in cultivating long-term business partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
